Artist's Comments

After a few months have passed by going through school, procrastinating, gaming daily, constant artist block, etc, etc, I've finally got around to finishing up this giant piece of awesome. This is my homage to Mario, Sonic, and most importantly MadWorld :headbang:

I've uploaded a WIP deviation a few months ago to foreshadow what was about to come. And I have to say, I've seriously outdone myself here :o At first it was going to be strictly about Mario, but then I thought about adding Sonic since I thought a crossover like this would be badass (unlike that Olympic shit).

Here's a list of what characters are masquerading as in the pic:

Mario = Jack Cayman
Sonic = Agent XIII
Peach = Amala
Dr. Robotnik = Noah
Bowser = The Black Baron
Wendy = Mathilda (In other words, Black Baron's Ho 8-))
Toad = Howard "Buckshot" Holmes (Announcer)
Chao = Kreece Kreeley (Announcer)

You should notice that Toad and Chao are doing what MadWorld announcers do best, get into witty conversions and flame each other in the process. I don't think I did too well with the dialogue though, so I have a download link available that has the pic without the text bubbles and such.

Man this looks great, and you did do a good job with the dialogue, the guys did tend to drift out of subject from time to time. God I wanna play it again.

First, you should seriously stop using the word "Manly" it just isn't right for too many reasons due to how it's presented.

Witty conversations and flaming eachother in the process, hmm, could use alot more creative language in order for it to work though.

You have outdone yourself though.
